Da bravi nati perdenti non potevamo lasciarci sfuggire l’occasione di fare una chiacchierata con uno dei nostri numi tutelari, il Reverendo Lys, a proposito della sua ultima fatica, Born Losers, pepite e lastre di selce, distribuita da Arcana: un’onnicomprensiva guida ragionevole al frastuono garage punk che abbiamo già iniziato a mangiare con gli occhi e a cui abbiamo dedicato, assieme all’autore, una playlist fitta di schegge impazzite a cavallo tra gli anni ’60 e l’era digitale. In studio il buon Tiedbelly a fare le veci del pòro Iavan e al telefono, oltre all’autore, l’impeccabile intervento del nostro Santo protettore, Luca Calcagno da Varazze, lui anche autore di una preziosa mini monografia sul garage revival made in Italy.

Due ore di farfisoni e fuzz da ascoltare, come sempre, a tutto volume.
